[ARCHIVED] Community Invited to Conversations with Council

join us for conversations with council, june 7th from 9am to 10:30 am

San Luis, Arizona – The City of San Luis is bringing the conversation to you. As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and community engagement, the City will host a series of Conversations with Council, a casual, in-person gathering designed to connect residents directly with their elected officials.

Unlike traditional public meetings, Conversations with Council provide a relaxed social atmosphere with no formal presentations, activities, or set agendas. Residents are invited to drop in, sit down, and share their ideas, questions, and concerns directly with the San Luis City Council.

“We want to hear from our community, your feedback is what helps shape our priorities and decisions,” stated Council Member Lizeth Servin. “These conversations are about listening, learning, and building stronger relationships with the people we serve,” she added.

The events will be held on the first Saturday of the month in various locations throughout the city to make participation convenient and accessible.

The Scheduled Dates and Locations are as follows:

Conversations with Council

  • June 7, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
  • Eddie’s Food & Drink – 4492 E. County 24th ½ Street, San Luis, AZ 85349

To help guide discussions, residents are encouraged to submit questions or comments in advance by visiting sanluisaz.gov/communityconnections
