San Luis, Arizona—This week at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Conference in Las Vegas, Thrive Real Estate Group announced plans to redevelop the Del Sol Building, located at 670 N Main Street, into a second Goodwill location. This multimillion-dollar project will revitalize the building while creating 40 new jobs for local residents.
The new store will serve as a one-stop shop for neighbors looking to donate their goods and for families and treasure hunters searching for affordable, quality items, including clothing, household goods, and electronics.
Construction and remodeling of the building will begin in the summer of 2025, with the project expected to be completed and open in 2026.
“We are thrilled to welcome a second Goodwill location in our city,” stated Armando Esparza, Director of Economic Development and Government and Foreign Affairs. “This project is just another step forward for revitalizing our Main Street corridor,” he added.
“We are excited to continue to see increased commercial activity on Main Street,” said Council member Luis Cabrera, who was at the ICSC meeting with Thrive Real Estate Group. “We thank Thrive Real Estate group for their continued presence and growth in San Luis,” he concluded.
