San Luis, Arizona—The City of San Luis is pleased to announce the upcoming installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of County 22nd and 4th Avenue. Westmoor Electric, a leading provider of traffic management solutions, has been awarded the contract for this vital project.
Once the Notice to Proceed is issued, Westmoor Electric is confident they can complete the project in approximately one month.
"Installing this traffic signal is a key step toward improving safety and traffic flow at this busy intersection," stated Manuel Hernandez, Assistant Public Works Director. "We're thankful for Westmoor Electric's expertise on this project and excited about the positive changes it will bring to our community, " He added.
The City of San Luis Public Works will soon go out to bid for the roadwork portion of this project. The new road design will include widening, dual-turn, and bike lanes.
