San Luis, Arizona – The City of San Luis has welcomed Adriana Garcia Fernandez as the Human Resources Manager. Ms. Garcia brings 20 years of experience in responsible human resources management in the private sector, including organizational design, strategic workforce planning, performance management, and operational excellence.
As Human Resources Manager, she will assist in identifying, analyzing, developing, and recommending solutions to human resources issues and concerns. She, too, will be assisting with developing the talent of our employees and delivering the highest outcomes for our team to meet their objectives.
