San Luis, Arizona — In recognition of the brave men and women who have served or are currently serving in the United States Military, the City of San Luis is proud to announce a special video tribute to honor our local veterans on Veteran's Day.
This year, on November 11, 2023, the City of San Luis will release a live video tribute on its official social media pages (@SanLuisAZGov) to thank and acknowledge our local veterans' bravery, courage, and selflessness. We cordially invite the community to celebrate our veterans and show them our profound appreciation.
To make the video tribute more personal, if interested, we would like to ask our local veterans or their families residing in San Luis, Arizona, to share with us the military portrait of the veteran or active-duty member, along with their complete name, years of service, military branch, and rank. The submission process starts tomorrow, October 25, 2023, and ends on Friday, November 3, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. All submissions can be sent to publicrelations@sanluisaz.gov or the official City of San Luis Facebook page (@SanLuisAZGov).
