San Luis, Arizona — The City of San Luis, Arizona is excited to announce the use of Quick Read (QR) Codes to allow residents and visitors alike, an easier and more convenient way of accessing all public meeting agendas.

Starting today, members of the public will be able to access the agenda for the next Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 25th, 2022, via QR Code, as well as other agendas to be published in the future for city meetings, commissions, or boards.

A QR code is a very useful tool that can be read quickly by a cellphone or tablet to provide more details about the items discussed at a particular city meeting.

The QR code will be posted on the bulletin board outside City Hall for the public’s access as well as the entrance of the Council Chambers. The agendas will continue to be posted on the locations specified by Resolution No. 1112, and paper copies will be readily available to in-person attendees at the time of the meeting.

"I commend city staff for using technology to better serve our community,” stated Mayor Gerardo Sanchez. “The use of QR codes is one more transparency initiative that will continue to make city activities more accessible to our residents,” he concluded.
