The center renovations began on Monday, March 23rd, 2015 and were scheduled to be completed by Friday, April 6th, 2015. The floor removal and new installation has taken longer than the contractor had originally expected. This project is now scheduled to be completed by Friday, April 10th, 2015. The Senior Center plans to resume regular business hours on Monday, April 13th, 2015 at 6:00 a.m.
The total floor and ceiling renovation project had a total cost of $21,900.00 which included all materials and labor. Part of the renovations includes new ceramic flooring, replacement of ceiling tile and addition of new ceiling fans. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the Senior Center to a nicer, modern, and more comfortable facility.
