San Luis, Arizona — The City of San Luis Billing & Collections Division invites all residents to take part in the Go-Paperless monthly sweepstakes, an effort to help eliminate paper waste and facilitate account management for customers.

To participate, you must have an active residential utilities account with the City of San Luis. Customers must enroll in paperless billing through XpressBillPay from March 25, 2020, through December 23, 2020. Customers that have previously enrolled in paperless billing will automatically be entered in the sweepstakes.

Drawings began on March 25, 2020, with those already enrolled in paperless billing, and they will be held at the end of each month. The Billing and Collections Division will contact each winner and prizes will be mailed out.

The sponsored prizes include gift cards to La Bodega, Circle K, Starbucks, and Olive Garden. With the grand prize being a fifty-inch (50’’) Television that was donated by Piana Nonwoven.

“The City of San Luis is looking to promote a better environment by reducing paper consumption and improving all our services,” stated Mayor Gerardo Sanchez. “We invite all residents and account holders to participate in the paperless sweepstakes,”
