Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-499.15(B)(2), notice is hereby given that the City of San Luis, Arizona, may impose a new real property (ad valorem) tax to finance projects and services for parks and recreation, public safety services, including police and fire, in the City of San Luis, Arizona.
Any new real property taxes to be adopted are imposed pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17151, et seq., and will need to be approved by the voters of the City of San Luis at a duly called election pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17056.
