PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that that the City of San Luis, Arizona is considering possible establishing rates and fees for establishing wireless communications facilities in municipal rights of way. The proposed rates and fees will not exceed the amounts recommended by the League of Arizona Cities and Towns as contained in their publication entitled “ Legislative Implementation Guidelines- HB 2365 Wireless Facilities; Rights-of-Way Guide “, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, and available for public inspection during normal business hours. The City Council of the City of San Luis may consider and take action to adopt the proposed rates and fees at its regular meeting on March 14, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers of the City of San Luis, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona, 85349.
