PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that that the City of San Luis, Arizona is considering a possible surcharge to the water rates or rate components, fees, or service charges, for the residents of that portion of San Luis Lane east of Fifth Ave. and has set a date for public hearing on the proposed changes for November 22, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers of the City of San Luis, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona, 85349. A copy of a written report supporting the proposed changes is on file with the City Clerk of the City of San Luis and is available to the public upon request to the City Clerk. Council may take action regarding possible changes in rates, rate components, fees, or service charges on or after November 22, 2017.
