PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of San Luis passed Ordinance No. 358 regarding Personal Kennel Permits on October 12, 2016; and the City of San Luis desires to adopt an appropriate annual fee to help defray the costs of administering the inspection and permit process under Ordinance No. 358. The following fee schedule is adopted as the Personal Kennel Permit Fee Schedule of the City of San Luis. The Personal Dog Kennel Permit Fees shall be $60.00 per every 12 months. $15.00 late fee 30 days from the date of expiration of the annual permit under the Personal Dog Kennel Permit Ordinance 358. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this resolution and any other resolution, regulation, or policy of the City of San Luis, the conflicting provisions are hereby amended, superseded, and replaced, and the provisions of this resolution shall govern. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this resolution is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the final decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this resolution.
