NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of San Luis is soliciting sealed statements of qualifications/proposals from Third Party Administrators and Mexico Networks qualified to perform and interested in providing administrative services for the City of San Luis Employee Benefit Trust. Responses to this notice must specify services and price in detail so as to create an offer that the Trustees of the Program are capable of accepting the best offer to create a binding contract.
This is a professional services RFQ/RFP Notice that will be listed on the City’s website: www.sanluisaz.gov on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Packets will be available at the City of San Luis City Hall, 1090 East Union Street | P.O. Box 1170, San Luis, AZ 85349, or via email cityclerksoffice@sanluisaz.gov.
Interested and qualified offerors who have demonstrated their ability at comparable work are invited to submit their statement of qualifications and proposals. Proposals will be received until 5:00 P.M. (Arizona Time) on Monday, January 19, 2026.

Written responses and all supporting materials must be submitted in 1 original plus 7 copies, and the offeror shall also submit one (1) electronic version of their proposal on a thumb drive.
The City reserves the right to reject any proposal, defer action on proposals, and waive any informality thereof. Any late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
