The purpose of the Citizen Review Meeting is to give the adjacent landowners and other potentially affected citizens an opportunity to meet with city staff and agents of the applicant to have your questions answered and express any issues or concerns that you have prior to any public hearing. Members of the public may listen to the meeting’s live audio stream on the City of San Luis’ website https://sanluisaz.gov/listenlivepz.
1. Rezoning Case No. 2024-0039. A request by Edais Engineering Inc. on behalf of KNAM&D Construction to rezone 0.44 acres from Community Commercial (C-2) to Medium-High Density Residential (R-2). Assessor’s parcel 775-20-1644, located at 1185 N Hidalgo Avenue in San Luis, Arizona. The developer is proposing a townhome subdivision containing 5 lots.
