NOTICE OF INTENT AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES PURSUANT TO A.R.S. § 9-463.05
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 9-463.05, public notice is hereby given that the City of San Luis, Arizona, intends to assess and discuss changes to development impact fees charged by the City and will hold a public hearing on the proposed development fees at the Regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the San Luis City Council Chambers, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona, 85349.
The City Council will approve or disapprove changes to the City’s development impact fees at the Regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the San Luis City Council Chambers, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona, 85349.
Copies of the document titled “Land Use Assumptions, Infrastructure Improvement Plan, and DRAFT Development Fee Report”, which includes the Land Use Assumptions (LUA) and Infrastructure Improvement Plan (IIP) adopted by the City Council on April 23, 2025, are available for public review at the Office of the City Clerk, located at 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona 85349, during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The document is also available on the San Luis website at https://www.sanluisaz.gov/DocumentCenter/View/14033/Land-Use-Assumptions-Infrastructure-Improvement-Plan-and-DRAFT-Development--Fee-Report-042325
THE ABOVE FEES WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE SEVENTY-FIVE (75) DAYS AFTER APPROVAL BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
