NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH NEW OR INCREASE FEES PERMITS AND APPLICATION FEES PURSUANT TO A.R.S. § 9-499.15
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-499.15, the City of San Luis, Arizona, hereby gives notice that it may adopt a resolution to impose new or increased fees and will post on the City’s website a copy of the proposed new or increased fees. The fees to be adopted and/or increased are Permits and Application Fees for the Development Services and Public Works Departments.
The City of San Luis Council will consider approving these proposed fees after a Public Hearing to be held on May 22, 2024, in the Council Chambers, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona, as part of the Council Meeting scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm.
THE ABOVE FEES WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER APPROVAL BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
Copies of the fee schedule for the new or increased fees may be reviewed at the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Luis, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona 85349 during normal office hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The permit and application fee schedule is also available on the San Luis website at https://www.sanluisaz.gov/DocumentCenter/View/11740/Development-Services-and-Public-Works-Application-and-Permit---Notice-and-Proposed-Fees-. Persons wishing to comment on the proposed changes may do so, in writing, prior to the public hearing to be held on the date listed above, or may testify in person at the hearing. After the public hearing of May 22, 2024, the City Council may approve, disapprove, or modify said resolution.
