CITY OF SAN LUIS, ARIZONA, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING THE CITY'S PROPOSAL TO ADOPT AN ALTERNATIVE EXPENDITURE LIMITATION, ALSO KNOWN AS THE HOME RULE OPTION.
The City of San Luis gives notice under A.R.S. § 41-563.01 of two (2) Public Hearings to be held:

Special City Council Meeting Date: Wednesday, July 3, 2024, Time: 6:00 p.m. and | Special City Council Meeting Date: Wednesday, July 10, 2024 Time: 5:30 p.m. |
At the above place, dates, and times, the City Council will accept verbal or written comments on the proposed adoption of an Alternative Expenditure Limitation, also known as the Home Rule Option, as authorized by the Arizona Constitution Article IX, § 20(9).
Ballot statements supporting or opposing the adoption of an Alternative Expenditure Limitation for the City of San Luis must be submitted to the City Clerk at 1090 East Union Street, San Luis, no later than August 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. for them to appear on the November 5, 2024, ballot.
