The purpose of the Citizen Review Meeting is to give the adjacent landowners and other potentially affected citizens an opportunity to meet with city staff and agents of the applicant to have your questions answered and express any issues or concerns that you have prior to any public hearing. Members of the public may listen to the meeting’s live audio stream on the City of San Luis’ website https://sanluisaz.gov/listenlivepz.
- Conditional Use Permit Case No. 2024-0039. A request by Riedel Holdings LLC for a Conditional Use Permit from Section 18.35.030 (C)(10) of the City of San Luis Ordinance to allow a new mini storage complex at lot 37 of Plaza Colibri commercial subdivision. Assessor’s parcel 778-58-197, located at 4834 E County 24th Street in San Luis, Arizona.
- Conditional Use Permit Case No. 2023-0040. A request by Core Engineering on behalf of RL Jones for a Conditional Use Permit from Section 18.40.020 (C)(1) and (10) of the City of San Luis Ordinance to allow a truck stop with gas station and convenience store. Assessor’s parcel 227-23-023, located at 4997 E Vaughan Street in San Luis, Arizona.
