Please be advised that the City of San Luis is considering adopting a new dog license fee pursuant to the authority of A.R.S. §11-1108. A report supporting the new fee, a draft of an ordinance establishing dog license regulation, and a draft of a proposed resolution setting the fees to be charged for dog licensing, including the schedule of proposed new charges and fees is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of San Luis, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona and is available for inspection and copying during normal business hours. It is proposed that the City Council of the City of San Luis may act and adopt the suggested ordinance and resolution at is meeting on Wednesday at the Council Chambers, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona on June 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. or at a Council meeting thereafter.
