Please take notice that the City Council of the City of San Luis will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, in the Council Chambers at San Luis City Hall located at 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona at its meeting at 6:00 p.m. to take any and all written and oral comments concerning the proposed annexation of territory contiguous to the municipal limits of the City of San Luis, Arizona. An accurate map and legal description of the territory proposed to be annexed is as set forth below. If you have any questions concerning this proposed annexation or any of the properties contained within the territory proposed to be annexed, please contact the Department of Development Services of the City of San Luis during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 928-341-8563. Copies of the petition for annexation, map, and legal description are on file with the Office of City Clerk of the City of San Luis, and copies may be obtained from that office.
