Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-842, the City of San Luis will hold a public hearing on July 30th (previously scheduled for July 23rd) at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located at 1090 E Union Street, San Luis, AZ 85349.
The Purpose of the hearing is to evaluate the public benefit of the City’s occupational registration under City Code Chapter 5.10, Peddlers. The Council will open the hearing to the public for comment and determine whether the registration is necessary to protect the public health, safety, or welfare.
