The purpose of the Citizen Review Meeting is to allow adjacent landowners and other potentially affected citizens to meet with city staff and the applicant’s agents to have your questions answered and to express any issues or concerns before any public hearing. Public members may listen to the meeting’s live audio stream on the City of San Luis’ website: https://sanlusaz.gov/listenlivepz.
1. Rezoning Case No. 2024-0318. A request by Vega & Vega Engineering, on behalf of Sam Group Inv. To rezone 8.61 acres from Light Industrial (L-I) to Community Commercial (C-2). Assessor’s parcel 227-15-009 & 227-15-010, located at 375 & 421 S. Oak Avenue in San Luis, Arizona.
