San Luis, Arizona —In observance of Independence Day, the City of San Luis' offices will be closed on July 4, 2025. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, July 7, 2025. Emergency services will remain available.

If your residential trash collection is scheduled for Monday and Thursday, please be advised that the Solid Waste Crew will collect trash on Monday and Wednesday only during the holiday period. Additionally, Tuesday and Friday routes will be collected on Tuesday and Thursday.

As a reminder, if you need to make a utility payment, you can pay:

o    Online at www.xpressbillpay.com

o    Over the phone at 855-314-2095, 

o    With a live operator at 800-720-6847, 

o    with our Self-serving Kiosk outside City Hall, and 

o    If you will pay with checks or money orders, you can utilize the drop box outside city hall.
