Fernando Corona began his career at the University of Arizona, graduating with a bachelor’s in information science in May 2018. Fernando actively seeks ways to enhance his skills and knowledge, recently becoming certified as a CompTIA Network +, Security +, and ETA Internation Fiber Optic Installer.
Fernando has been an invaluable asset to the city for the past three years, consistently showcasing his expertise and dedication. His contributions have played a pivotal role in enhancing technological infrastructure and ensuring operational efficiency. Fernando first joined the city as the Public Safety IT Specialist and then transitioned to a role in Network and IT Security Administration.
Today, Fernando is the IT Manager for the City of San Luis and is excited to find more ways to use technology to improve city services.
