City Offices Closed in Observance of Presidents' Day

City of San Luis Posted on February 10, 2026

San Luis, Arizona —In observance of Presidents' Day, the City of San Luis' offices will be closed on Monday February 16, 2026. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Emergency services will remain available.

If your residential trash collection is scheduled for Monday and Thursday, please be advised that the Solid Waste Crew will collect trash on Tuesday and Thursday only during the holiday period. Additionally, Tuesday and Friday routes will be collected on Wednesday and Friday. 

As a reminder, if you need to make a utility payment, you can pay:

  • Online at www.xpressbillpay.com
  • Over the phone at 855-314-2095, 
  • With a live operator at 800-720-6847, 
  • with our Self-serving Kiosk outside City Hall, and 
  • If you will pay with checks or money orders, you can utilize the drop box outside city hall.

All payments will be posted the following business day. If you have a water or sewer emergency, please get in touch with the Police Department Communications Division at (928) 341-2420.
