Council Member Lizeth Servin Selected for Inaugural Civic Craft Leadership Program

City of San Luis Posted on August 13, 2025

San Luis, Arizona – Council Member Lizeth Serin has been selected to the League of Arizona Cities and Towns' inaugural Civic Craft Leadership Program, a first-of-its-kind initiative designed exclusively for local elected officials in Arizona.

This yearlong, nonpartisan program, limited to just 50 municipal leaders statewide, provides advanced training, expert mentorship, and valuable networking opportunities to help participants lead more effectively and create meaningful change in their communities.

“I am honored to join the first-ever Civic Craft Leadership Cohort,” said Council Member Servin. “This program offers an incredible opportunity to learn from and collaborate with fellow leaders across Arizona, gain practical tools to tackle the challenges our community faces, and bring home fresh ideas and strategies that will help San Luis thrive both today and for years to come.”

The program officially launches during the 2025 League of Arizona Cities and Towns Annual Conference next week and will continue through a combination of monthly virtual and in-person workshops. All inaugural participants have been awarded full scholarships covering program costs.
